A short summary of what to expect:
* We work specifically on your personal aim and focus on the change you wish to see in yourself and in your life. I will provide you with tools so that you can also work independently with your challenges.
* We look at where old, emotional tension sits in your system and process it on the mental, behavioral, physical and emotional level.
* We do breathwork and physical exercises for finding both strength and relaxation.
* If you feel overstimulated or burned-out, we will work on draining excessive impulses from the nervous system to aid deeper relaxation.
Each process is unique and tailored to your specific personal aim.
